Pen & Ink Project

This Pen & Ink project was very detail oriented and had no room for mistakes. I used a mixture of methods including, hatching, crosshatching, stippling, and blending. Using the India ink and a stick as well as paintbrushes to complete the work of mountains overlooking a valley and the sky.

Hispanic Heritage Month Contest

This piece was inspired by another similar work that I had previously seen. In this artwork, I depicted different parts of Conyers and the surrounding community. I included the Synagogue, Olde Town buildings. The Dinky Train. Cherry Blossoms from Conyers' annual Cherry Blossom Festival, and red arch near the library and Lily pads from the Botanical Garden. I used acrylic paint for this piece with a watercolor background.
