My Goal Collage
This collage is a combined creation of my long term and short term goals. The artwork features a room with that that represents my dreams. In the future, I want to live in a studio apartment somewhere in the city, hence the city skyline. I put variously sized clocks on the wall because it represents my goal to stop procrastinating so much. I also included books in different places because I want to start reading more this year. I put furniture in the room that I felt like it represented my style color-wise. Overall, I tried to incorporate as many of my goals into the collage as possible.
I love how you wanted to represent each goal you had planned for this year! I actually think you handled the depth of the room well and that the whole piece is really cohesive. I have to say that the use of furniture definitely brought this piece together for me.
ReplyDeleteI enjoy the pastel pink coloring on the walls as well as the large windows and the landscape within them.
ReplyDeleteI remember our small talk when starting this piece, and i feel that it came together very well the way you tied all your goals and meanings together and made it this beautiful work is breath taking this is very pleasing to look at in all. Nice work!
ReplyDeleteI really love the meaning and how you produced this piece. I like how you added depth to the piece with the window and the city outside it. I very much believe you can reach goals.
ReplyDeleteI love how simple and neat your piece is. Your goals in your statement make the piece even more nice to look at. Great work!
ReplyDeleteI love how you added the different sized clocks to represent your problem with procrastination. I also struggle with that problem and I appreciate how you creatively incorporated it.
ReplyDeleteOh my god, the thing you did with the clock on the walls is really my favorite thing about this piece. I also like the way you made a sort of depth with the different patterned papers.
ReplyDeleteI read the part about the clocks on the wall and how you procrastinate and that you need to change that. I really like that part because it's a really relatable goal. I also like how the design is very simplistic, but at the same time, its intricate when you start to look at it longer.
ReplyDeleteWoah. You have super cool collaging skills for how you laid your room out and worked with 3 dimensions. I can see that your city through the window shows talent; it's like you had control the entire project. My favorite part is the green drawer/chest because it's well painted. The clocks are crafty also. Overall, a very advanced piece :)
ReplyDeleteI really like this piece Nisjae! It is so calming and clean, yet also peaceful. It also represents what your goals are right away, which is very nice. Your detail on the dresser drawer is also VERY nice. Great job!
ReplyDeleteThe excellent composition and clean lines really show your skill in this collage. I'm in awe at how simple yet detailed it is. I don't have any suggestions for this one.
