Monochromatic Footprint

This artwork is my rendition of the patterns that are on the bottoms of the shoes. I went with a blue monochromatic theme and used acrylic paint. The two patterns that were shown are from the same shoe and I used a dry blending method to blend the colors into one another.

Using acrylic paint I created a variety of different skin tones. I experiment with various mixtures and started with red, blue, and yellow undertones as a base. Creating these skin tones was most definitely a challenge but I think they turned out well.

Hispanic Heritage Month Contest

This piece was inspired by another similar work that I had previously seen. In this artwork, I depicted different parts of Conyers and the surrounding community. I included the Synagogue, Olde Town buildings. The Dinky Train. Cherry Blossoms from Conyers' annual Cherry Blossom Festival, and red arch near the library and Lily pads from the Botanical Garden. I used acrylic paint for this piece with a watercolor background.
